I’ve got it all written, now it’s time for my least favorite part: revision.

Still at work.
I was hoping to have something for the editor by December, but alas, it isn’t to be. I have excuses, but I’m the common denominator in all of them. Oh well, time to get back to it.
Renovation Blues
After getting back from my trip, I find myself buried under renovation work in my home. This week might be a wash. What’s something you would change about your environment?
Back from my vactaion
I took a train from Toronto to Vancouver and looked out the window at the Canadian Rockies. It was a nice reset, shot of inspiration, and a chance to get away from my countrymen. Anyhow, tell me where you would go for a vacation and why?
A new direction
My book has escaped the rails, so I’m going to re-outline and throw in a new story thread.
Also, the final draft of my first book had some errors that I should have caught. Once I’m in editing for this book, I’ll correct and resubmit. Wish me luck, and I’ll do the same for you.
October and updates
I’m still hammering away at it. I was hoping the sequel would be longer, but I’m coming up short right now. I’m going to revivst my outline and see where I went wrong.
Snags
It’s not like I have a complex situation, but I’m finding it challenging to set aside time for writing. I have the time, but I also have things I need to do, and my latest obsession, Synduality. That being said, this week I’m going on a writing blitz. Wish me Luck.
Cooler weather
Cooler weather means more writing. It also means more chores, so it’s a bit of a wash. In October, I’m going to take a vacation, and if I can be bothered to power up my old laptop, I’ll have an amazing writing vacation.
Hitting all cylinders
I’m knocking out pages, and I hope to be ready for rewrites before November. Why November? Because that’s when I’m renovating the bathroom and kitchen. Till then, ask yourself what Gorgeous would do?
Progeress report
I’m still at work, but my progress has been slowed by the heat. It’s just so hot in my home, and my air conditioner is only pretending to work . I’m going to find something cool to drink, then it’s back to the grind, or maybe heat exhaustion. Stay hydrated out there.
